CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT/JEWELLERY ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR WANTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS JEWELLERY RETAILER. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.The role includes:* Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams to resolve them* Track and issue repairs to the workshop* Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers* Sourcing stones, findings etc for urgent orders* Overseeing workshop repair costs* General customer service* Booking returns and repairs in a timely manner* Sending products for hallmarking* Preparing office collections, book appointments for collections* Work with the wider team to undertake regular stock checksWhat we're looking for:* An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (Metals, settings, tolerances, etc)* Product assessment* Customer service or workshop related experience* Customer service & handling customer queries over the phone and via emailIf this is you then a great career at this expanding and developing luxury retailer could be yours.
