Reed Birmingham are currently recruiting for a full-time, on-site Resident Service Coordinator in Birmingham. This is a temporary role for 6 weeks with the potential to become permanent, and it includes weekend work. If you've got strong admin skills and love interacting with people, this could be a great fit for you!
Shifts:
- Weekdays & weekends: 7am to 3:30pm & 10:30am to 7pm (includes 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Keep our spaces looking great
- Organise fun monthly events
- Handle move-in/move-out inspections
- Respond to resident enquiries
- Coordinate tenant services and contractor appointments
- Keep everyone updated via social media
- Find local business discounts for our residents
What We're Looking For:
- Strong admin and customer service skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Great communication and social media skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Experience in viewings is a plus
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
