Blue Arrow are looking for a Sales Admin Assistant.

Requirements:

- Previous Sales Experience ideal

- Be able to work full time Monday to Friday

  • Contact existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Initiating and closing sales with potential customers over the phone
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Listen to the customer's needs to generate repeat sales
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to engage and understand customer requirements
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Keep up to date with product features and be able to explain them to the customers
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Assist with show/trade fair planning and associated tasks.
