An award-winning business in Birmingham are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with an analytical mind to join their growing team, as a Sales Support Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Sales team.This includes handling a variety of tasks such as processing sample requests, producing pricing quotations, and maintaining an accurate CRM database in SAP. You will also be the first point of contact for general enquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities as a Sales Support Coordinator:
  • Answering telephone enquiries and assisting with general queries.
  • Processing architect/contractor sample requests and monitoring their progress.
  • Producing pricing quotations for both corporate and non-corporate customers. - Maintaining accurate project data in SAP and using Microsoft Teams for project-specific sales data.
  • Composing professional letters and emails as required.
What are we looking for to be considered for the role of Sales Support Coordinator:
