- Provide support and guidance to Junior Portfolio Managers.
- Prepare and manage schedules - Plan weekly engineer schedules to ensure contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance are met.
- Coordinate call-outs - Assess monitoring alerts daily and organise field engineers to meet response time guarantees.
- Contract management - Ensure all operation and maintenance agreements are fulfilled.
- Budget management - Create and manage budgets for minor construction projects, corrective maintenance, and site improvements.
- Work order management - Create and manage work tickets for engineers, ensuring all necessary details for reporting and follow-ups.
- Reporting - Prepare monthly technical reports on asset performance, warranty claims, and insurance claims.
- Client liaison - Communicate with clients, create quotes, and arrange site activities with internal and external resources.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience managing large scale solar assets
- Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of PV monitoring systems.
- Understanding of HSE and CDM regulations.
