Telesales Representative - Appointment Setting (B2B)

Multiple Roles - Locations Available: Birmingham, Bradford, Hampshire (Office-Based)
Salary: 33,000 + Commission + Holidays + Pension + Development & Training
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Due to company growth, we're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team at a leading distribution organisation.

In this key role, you will be responsible for working through a database of lapsed clients to re-engage them and set appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to build a career in a growing and supportive environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact lapsed clients from a provided database to reignite relationships and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth transition and follow-up.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar appointment-setting role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organisational skills..
