Due to company growth, we're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team at a leading distribution organisation.
In this key role, you will be responsible for working through a database of lapsed clients to re-engage them and set appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to build a career in a growing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact lapsed clients from a provided database to reignite relationships and set appointments for the sales team.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth transition and follow-up.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar appointment-setting role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organisational skills..
