Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the support of UPS frames and generator systems ensuring reliable power supply.
  • You will perform Planned Preventive Maintenance/ supervising Building Management Systems.
  • You will oversee and maintain CRAC units, chilled water systems, and chillers.
  • Proficient in diagnosing faults and delivering Integrated System Testing.
  • Manage crisis situations with effective command, control, and calm decision-making.
  • Preparing comprehensive and precise technical reports for engineering assessments and audits.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in the operation and maintenance of CRAC units, chilled water systems, and chiller plants
  • Power Systems Expertise: In-depth understanding of UPS systems and generator backup frameworks
  • BMS & PPM Proficiency: Knowledge of building management and preventive maintenance systems
  • Problem Solver: Strong background in fault diagnosis and delivering IST projects
  • Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
  • Crisis Management: Ability to manage and control emergency situations with a clear, decisive approach
  • Reporting Skills: Skilled in writing clear, concise technical reports to aid decision-making and compliance
