We are looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join an established housing association in the heart of Birmingham.As an Asset Data Analyst you'll have experience in:

Using data analyst tools, such as: CRM systems, Excel and spreadsheets
Assessing the quality of property data
Monitoring the completion of works, ensuring these are up to date
A Compliance background, with knowledge of regulations
A housing background
