We are looking for an Asset Data Analyst to join an established housing association in the heart of Birmingham.As an Asset Data Analyst you'll have experience in:
  • Using data analyst tools, such as: CRM systems, Excel and spreadsheets
  • Assessing the quality of property data
  • Monitoring the completion of works, ensuring these are up to date
  • A Compliance background, with knowledge of regulations
  • A housing background
