Company Overview

Cobalt is delighted to be working with a leading global real estate company that is looking to hire a Cost Control Data Analyst to join their team, focusing on a retail portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting key data sets across their retail portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

  • Validation and processing of recurring and ad-hoc payments due under our clients' leases
  • Creation of payment files though their portfolio systems for submission to the clients for payment
  • Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with external and internal clients, colleagues, and management
  • Liaising with suppliers, managing agents and other 3rd parties to obtain legal documentation in relation to invoice queries
  • Validating invoice header details and review, code and authorise invoices for payment
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries
  • Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents
