We are looking for a meticulous and organised Data Administrator to support our Transport & Distribution team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of customs processes.

Description

  • Accurately input data into customs entry systems
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant EU customs regulations
  • Verify and validate all customs documentation
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and update changes to customs regulations
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data
  • Support the Transport & Distribution team in other administrative duties as required

Profile

A successful Data Administrator should have:

  • A good understanding of customs procedures, particularly within the EU
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work well as part of a team

  • Proficiency in using standard office software
