Description
- Accurately input data into customs entry systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EU customs regulations
- Verify and validate all customs documentation
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Monitor and update changes to customs regulations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data
- Support the Transport & Distribution team in other administrative duties as required
Profile
A successful Data Administrator should have:
- A good understanding of customs procedures, particularly within the EU
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in using standard office software
