About the Role:My client, a leading organisation in their field, and they are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyse large data-sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Data Quality & Validation: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data by implementing validation processes and checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Data Visualisation: Create visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate data insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to address specific business questions or challenges.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
