A new role available for a Data Analyst to work within the property services department for a housing provider based in Birmingham.
- Assess the quality and consistency of data being captured on Compliance and Asset Management systems.
- Monitor project progress, work with the Assets Team to manage issues and ensure project data is accurate and up to date on completion of works
- Provide data administration support for the team where required on any Assets projects.
- Support the development of department wide adoption of sound project management practices
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly PowerBI, CRM systems, and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle recurring and ad hoc tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and producing actionable insights.
