Our client is seeking a Head of Data & BI to implement the needed architecture, processes and people-skills to unlock the true potential of their data. You will lead the development of their Data Strategy, ensuring the organisation can develop.
Head of Data & BI - What will you be doing?
* Leading, developing, and implementing the Data Strategy across the business.* Embedding data and business insight principles via delivery of engagement programmes.* Aligning data initiatives with business goals to improve performance and growth.* Process mapping and decision-making for improved data architecture.* Leading the selection and implementation of a suitable data architecture.Head of Data & BI - What will you need?
* Background in leading and managing data teams.* Strong background in MI.* Strong business partnering skills.* Track record of successful change delivery.* Proven experience in data transformation.
