Senior Data Analyst

We have a new and exciting opportunity to join a large not-for-profit organisation that is deeply committed to helping vulnerable and marginalised groups, as a Senior Data Analyst.

This role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working available.

Basic DBS security check is required with this role (UK Resident for last 5 years).

The role:

  • Responsibility for the use of Management Information and intelligence generated from user experience and stakeholders, to support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working as part of a Data Team around all things Management Information, Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Managing all MI reporting requirements – weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Ability to extract and analyse large data sets accurately and to tight deadlines (Excel SQL)
  • Support colleagues and key stakeholders to requests for data and reports
  • Manage processes related to the secure disclosure of data, compliance and contractual obligations
  • Manage and review us of the case management system
  • Contribute towards maintaining ISO standards
