Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Lead to join their expanding team. You will play a pivotal role in managing vendor contracts and third-party risk, delivering supply chain effectiveness and enabling Source-to-Pay activity through various platforms.
Data Migration Lead - What will you be doing?
* Define and own the data governance strategy for vendor contracts within the CLM platform.* Act as the primary custodian of all contract-related data.* Collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams to align data with organizational policies.* Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy.* Lead the assessment of legacy systems for data extraction, transformation, and loading into the new platform.* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless migration process.* Define and implement data cleansing processes.* Perform detailed validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of migrated data.* Communicate progress and relevant updates to project drivers.
Data Migration Lead - What will you need?
* Solid background in data governance, migration or data management.* Proven experience in leading data migration projects.* Strong knowledge of Legal Contracts and the Contract process.* Expertise in data modelling, mapping and transformation techniques.* Proficiency in data management tools.* Experience with data validation and testing methodologies.* Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.* Strong project management skills.
