UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a Collections Advisor for a well-established business based in Birmingham. The successful Collections Advisor will join a flourishing company within the finance sector who can offer growth and developmentopportunities.

Job Role:The successful candidate will have experience in customer service or collection’s role. Using your networking and communication skills you will strive to build relationships with external stakeholders and resolve open cases of late payments. The role requires proactive behaviour on the phone and through written communication and an understanding on how to tackle difficult customers and awkward situations. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with either B2B or B2C clients. Your role will be based between the office and your home.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. Essential skills/experience required:
