** *This is a temporary contract, starting as soon as possible. because the position is working in the Education sector the client will require someone with an enhanced DBS (or you have previously held one). Although there is no guarantee this opportunity could lead to something more long-term. ***

My client has gone above and beyond to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in, they also offer car parking and a free on-site gym. You will be working in an established and busy team of HR and Payroll Administrators.

As an Administration Manager your duties will involve:

  • You will oversee a team team of 4, supporting them on a daily basis.
  • The Senior HR Administrator will have experience with an understanding of payroll processes and compliance
  • You will be dealing with contracts and onboarding administration.
  • The Administration Manager will also provide support with onboarding DBS checks and ensuring the SCR is correct and up to date.
  • Working closely with the Payroll department and dealing with any related issues that may arise.
  • The position will also eventually involve overseeing and liaising with Department Managers regarding Compliance.
  • Overseeing and chasing references, inputting them onto the system.
  • You will also liaising with department managers and input job adverts onto a variety of job boards.
  • You will ideally need to be available immediately as this is an urgent temporary requirement.
