Kabils Grillz are looking for a Dental CAD/CAM technician specializing in "grillz" (or grillz, teeth grills, or dental grills)to design and manufactures custom-made, decorative dental covers using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology, using materials like gold, silver, or jewel-encrusted precious metals
Key Responsibilities:
Design and CAD:
- Using dental software, design custom grillz, considering the patient's unique tooth shape, size, and desired aesthetic
- Ability to use 3D printing software
Material Selection:
- Choose appropriate materials (e.g., gold, silver, jewels) based on the design and patient preference
CAM and Manufacturing:
- Use CAM technology to mill or fabricate the grill from the CAD design, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit
Finishing and Customisation:
- Add any necessary details, such as inscriptions or custom engravings
Required Qualifications:
- CAD Software Experience:e.g Exocad
- CAM Equipment Experience:3D printers
