Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Regional Manager to join the Team of one of our clients in the Midlands. Our client is a provider of exceptional cleaning and soft services, offering a range of services from maintenance and cleaning to creating environmentally friendly spaces with a tailored approach to suit every clients' needs. With a committed Team of professionals and a passion for sustainability, our client delivers high-quality solutions to exceed expectations. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Team of Managers and Mobile Cleaners, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times. The ideal Regional Manager will have proven experience in a similar role within the industry, with a minimum of one year of management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage five Managers and five Mobile Cleaners with clients to include leisure clubs, nurseries and offices

  • Organise cleaning cover for holidays and sickness

  • Organise evening cover for nurseries

  • Cleaning audits

  • Induction & training of all new operatives

  • Organise deep cleaning

  • Report directly to Operations Director

  • Support onsite cleaning teams

  • Stock orders

Requirements:

  • Managing: 1 year (required)

  • Driving Licence (required)
