Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Regional Manager to join the Team of one of our clients in the Midlands. Our client is a provider of exceptional cleaning and soft services, offering a range of services from maintenance and cleaning to creating environmentally friendly spaces with a tailored approach to suit every clients' needs. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Team of Managers and Mobile Cleaners, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times. The ideal Regional Manager will have proven experience in a similar role within the industry, with a minimum of one year of management experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage five Managers and five Mobile Cleaners with clients to include leisure clubs, nurseries and offices
Organise cleaning cover for holidays and sickness
Organise evening cover for nurseries
Cleaning audits
Induction & training of all new operatives
Organise deep cleaning
Report directly to Operations Director
Support onsite cleaning teams
Stock orders

Requirements:

Managing: 1 year (required)
