Duration: 6 Months

Location: Warwick / Mostly remote working, some travel required.

Salary (PAYE): Circa* £50,000 per annum + 5% utilisation bonus & extensive benefits (via Ajilon)

Summary

My high-profile utilities client is looking for a Records Management Analyst to join their team based in their Warwick offices on a hybrid basis for an initial 6 month assignment, with a potential opportunity for extensions/ perm), to support and implement the organisation's records management program and policies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Records Retention Schedules: Develop and maintain schedules through legal research, record inventories, staff interviews, and procedural documentation.
  • Records Inventories & Audits: Inventory records in all formats, apply retention schedules, and audit practices for policy compliance.
  • Records Management System: Maintain and monitor the Versatile database, troubleshoot issues, and train personnel on its use.
  • Records Systems & Storage: Design and implement filing/retrieval systems, manage offsite storage and contracts, maintain records indexes, reconcile invoices, and oversee storage costs and activity.
  • Compliance & Expertise: Support emergency access, investigations, and audits; draft policies and procedures, provide training, and deliver project updates and reports.

Requirements

  • Preferred Certification: Certified Records Manager (ICRM).
  • Knowledge Areas: Administrative/operational functions, records management principles/software, GRC software, and vital records/disaster recovery technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in IT methods, applying retention schedules, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Research & Analysis: Strong legal research skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Initiative, project ownership, and clear communication.
