- Experience working in a direct-to-consumer mental wellbeing brand or educational marketing role (preferred)
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and SAAS (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in e-commerce marketing (preferred)
- Track record of developing effective marketing programs and achieving targets
- Understanding of marketing inputs/outputs in a P&L
- Experience in data analysis and report generation
- Strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and commitment to continuous self-learning
- Plan, build, manage, and report on Google and Social advertising campaigns
- Independently onboard and manage new accounts across various platforms
- Utilise analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimisation
- Conduct research to inform new business proposals and support the sales team
- Report on campaign performance to senior team members
- Perform regular competitor research
- Actively participate in writing copy and providing creative recommendations
- Design and implement full advertising and marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including follow-up sequences
- Manage the sales funnel to ensure seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve results
