Starting Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast-growing company in the West Midlands.Salary: Up to £38,000 plus a 10% company performance-related bonusLocation: Fully RemoteRequirements:
  • Experience working in a direct-to-consumer mental wellbeing brand or educational marketing role (preferred)
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and SAAS (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability in e-commerce marketing (preferred)
  • Track record of developing effective marketing programs and achieving targets
  • Understanding of marketing inputs/outputs in a P&L
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation
  • Strong work ethic, passion for digital marketing, and commitment to continuous self-learning
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, manage, and report on Google and Social advertising campaigns
  • Independently onboard and manage new accounts across various platforms
  • Utilise analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimisation
  • Conduct research to inform new business proposals and support the sales team
  • Report on campaign performance to senior team members
  • Perform regular competitor research
  • Actively participate in writing copy and providing creative recommendations
  • Design and implement full advertising and marketing campaigns across various digital channels
  • Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including follow-up sequences
  • Manage the sales funnel to ensure seamless customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making necessary adjustments to improve results
