The role is very heavy on paid advertising across both Google and META, at least in the first 6 - 12 months with initial budgets at around £600k but desire for them to double. You will also be responsible for an agency spend of almost £2m and must have experience in SEO strategy, web UX/UI, CRO (conversation rate optimisation) and wider marketing strategiesThe position is home based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year.Key Responsibilities:

Ability required:

  • Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting, CRO and SEO
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PECR and other relevant regulations
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
