The UK’s largest distributor to convenience retailers, is looking to add to their marketing team by recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts, develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement and drive growth across all online channels. Working within a large dynamic marketing team you will demonstrate a proven track record in SEO and PPC and a proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics. Working from purpose-built offices based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre you will be working in a culture that fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values creativity, accountability and growth.

What will you do as Digital Marketing Manager?
- Create impactful campaigns, optimising performance and staying current with digital trends
- Content marketing initiatives optimising content to target audiences, and SEO goals
- Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads
- Optimise campaign performance via data analysis, adjusting bids, ad copy for maximum ROI
- Attract new customers, grow retention, with loyalty programmes, retargeting & personalisation
- Customer journey mapping to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Manage a small team of 2
What do you need as Digital Marketing Manager?
- Degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
- Digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills, experience in data-driven marketing and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable problem solving with the capacity to adapt quickly to changes
