Hours: site based 9am-5pm at new City Centre offices Salary: up to £35k Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, develop strategies for customer acquisition and engagement and drive growth across all online channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills and hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful campaigns, optimising performance and staying current with digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across channels, including SEO, PPC, email, content marketing and social media, to align with overall business objectives. - Create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement. SEO & Content Optimisation: - Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. - Collaborate on content marketing initiatives to ensure content is optimised, valuable to target audiences, and aligned with SEO goals. Paid Advertising (PPC) Management: - Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads. - Optimise campaign performance through data analysis, adjusting bids, ad copy, and targeting for maximum ROI. Email Marketing: - Email marketing strategy, focused on customer retention and driving sales. Customer Acquisition & Retention: - Strategise attracting new customers and enhancing retention, including loyalty programmes, retargeting, and personalisation efforts. - Collaborate on customer journey mapping to improve user experience and conversion rates. Market & Competitor Research: - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Purchasing, Fulfilment, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with broader company goals. - Support product launches, promotions and company-wide initiatives with coordinated digital marketing efforts. Analytics & Reporting: - Track and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI across all digital channels to understand campaign effectiveness. - Generate monthly and quarterly reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
