This fast growing fintech company is looking for a Head of Brand & Content to shape their brand identity, drive engagement, and position them as a market leader.
Location - Onsite in Birmingham
As Head of Brand & Content, you'll take full ownership of the brand strategy, storytelling, and content marketing. You'll lead a team of creatives, redefine and refine the brand identity and voice, and develop compelling narratives that build trust and authority in the investment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy - Define and execute a compelling brand vision that differentiates the brand in the market.
- Content Leadership - Develop high-impact content across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, video, thought leadership, etc.).
- Audience Engagement - Craft messaging that resonates with investors and new customers, driving brand awareness and loyalty.
- SEO & Growth - Oversee content strategies that enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Team & Agency Management - Lead internal and external teams to deliver best-in-class content and campaigns.
- Data-Driven Approach - Leverage insights and analytics to optimize content performance and refine strategy.
Person Profile:
- Proven experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or creative leadership (preferably in fintech, investments, or high-growth startups).
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
