- PIM System Leadership: Oversee the management and evolution of our Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Customer Experience: Enhance digital customer journeys by optimizing website performance, user experience, and data flow.
- Omni-Channel Integration: Ensure consistency across digital and offline channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Performance Analytics: Leverage data insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Technology Partner Management: Work with third-party providers to optimize digital tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in leading digital and PIM strategies, preferably in a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong technical understanding of PIM systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
