Responsible for devising, develop and deliver data-driven performance marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase brand awareness

  • Plan, implement and prioritise data-led commercial initiatives, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and adapt marketing strategies to enhance performance
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including the executive team.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Develop and implement omnichannel media strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of media trends, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns and drive results.
  • Work with external suppliers (PPC, SEO and affiliate agencies as well as copywriters and content producers). Key digital channels you'll take ownership of are SEO, Paid and Email.

Profile

  • Proven track record of boosting performance across SEO, Paid Channels and email.
  • Team management and supplier management experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Deep expertise in digital media platforms, attribution models, and performance tracking
  • While a strategic leader, you're also willing to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on when needed.
