Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, including regular check-ins, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Technical Support Coordination: Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:
