Our client is renowned for delivering top-notch IT solutions and services to a diverse range of clients. They are seeking a dynamic and driven IT Account Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role:

As an IT Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's key accounts. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our IT solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Managing client accounts to initiate and foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
