Make sure to help yourself to the free tea and coffee!About You:We’re looking for a proactive, passionate leader who can lead our engagement activity across the compliance function.Essential:- Proven experience of leading a team that drives industry engagement.- Experience of leading and delivering a successful account management strategy.- Experience of influencing senior stakeholders to uphold the high professional standards while driving change.- Expertise in managing competing priorities across a diverse programme of activities within tight deadlines to deliver results.- Broad skills and experience of successfully delivering engagement strategy with internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to plan and direct industry engagement and associated engagement events that includes travel.Desirable:- An understanding of the gambling industry.- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations and legislative changes and understand how this will impact our work.Our Ways of WorkingOutcome-focused: We put consumers at the heart of everything we do.
