Job Title: Technical Trainer (Digital Marketing/Social Media & Web Design)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Design.
- Design and update course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to reinforce learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and web design.
- Assess and evaluate learners' progress through quizzes, projects, and feedback sessions.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to help learners achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media management, and Web Design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is a strong advantage.
- Ability to tailor content delivery to diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Web Design, or related fields is a plus.
