Reporting directly to the Marketing Director at a dynamic business technology solutions provider, SF Recruitment are on the lookout for a Digital Activation Specialist to lead innovative outbound and inbound activation via digital channels. As our clients company continues its exciting growth journey, your role will be pivotal in driving digital activation strategies that fuel their ambitious pipeline and elevate their brand visibility. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and relentless creativity, your expertise in deploying growth hacking methodologies and a test & learn approach will be crucial in pushing the boundaries of their digital marketing efforts.

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will be a key player in their vibrant and growing marketing team. Your core responsibility will be to drive their ambitious digital activation strategies, with a strong focus on growth hacking and a test & learn approach. You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid media, social media, search engines, and email.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Hacking & Test & Learn Strategy:
- Innovate and Implement: Develop and deploy growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale our marketing efforts, identifying and exploiting new opportunities for growth.
- Test & Learn: Drive a culture of experimentation by constantly testing new ideas, strategies, and channels, iterating quickly based on data-driven insights to optimise performance and outcomes.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilize A/B testing and other analytical methods to refine digital campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and maximisation of ROI.

Digital Campaign Management:
- Comprehensive Campaigns: Work alongside our Marketing Manager to support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid media, across diverse channels including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Performance Focused: Ensure campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented, with constant monitoring and adjustment to enhance effectiveness.

SEO & Content Coordination:
- Strategic Planning: Utilise agencies to deliver SEO strategies, working closely with the content team to ensure seamless delivery and impactful results.


Paid Media:
- Engaging Campaigns: Create and manage dynamic social media campaigns in line with the campaign schedule that increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Priority Channels: Google PPC, LinkedIn advertising, Google Display (Targeting and remarketing).
- Campaign Management: Effectively manage a set budget on digital campaigns.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital campaigns.
- Insightful Reporting: Provide detailed, actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future digital strategies.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
- A minimum of 3 years in a previous digital marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in:

o Planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
o SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.
o Managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve search visibility.
o Managing paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising.
o Designing, executing, and analysing A/B tests and other experimental approaches to enhance marketing performance.
o Designing and deploying email marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalisation, and engagement.
o Utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and SEMrush to track and analyse campaign performance.
o Generating detailed performance reports and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
