About Us

Advent Tools is a growing business based in Coleshill who specialise in supplying personalised products. We are looking for a hard working individual to join our small team based in our busy digital print department.

This is a full-time permanent role and is office based.

The Role

- Operate and maintain digital and UV printing equipment, specifically Roland printers

- Ensure the production of high-quality prints

- Monitor print jobs and adjust as necessary to enhance output

- Assess equipment issues / faults and perform routine maintenance tasks including ordering supplies

- Work alongside customer service team and the production team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations

- Maintain a safe and organised work environment

The Candidate

- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and / or Coreldraw

- Previous experience of working with digital printers

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to work effectively in a busy production environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Can multi-task, prioritising their work where possible to meet deadlines.

Salary

The salary for this role is based on experience up to £28,000 based on experience plus benefits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (3.30pm on Fridays)
