A prestigious firm is seeking a skilled iManage Lead to oversee its DMS ecosystem and lead a talented team of professionals. About the Role
As iManage Lead, you will:
- Lead and motivate the DMS team in day-to-day operations, support tickets, and strategic projects.
- Oversee enterprise-level solutions such as iManage, RAVN, CAM, Milan, Lexsoft, and other related systems.
- Spearhead application implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and migration to the cloud.
- Build strong partnerships with key vendors, including iManage and Litera.
- Act as the IT owner for DMS platforms, providing expert advice to IT leadership and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in change management, data governance, security, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the DMS team’s success, managing priorities, removing blockers, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define future strategy and maximize the capabilities of existing systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to training and quality assurance efforts.
- Deliver clear communication to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven expertise in DMS: At least 7 years of experience with iManage, including integrations and related tools.
- Technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
- Leadership skills: At least 3 years in a team lead or equivalent role, with experience managing competing priorities and motivating teams.
- Industry experience: A background in professional services or the legal sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills: Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in legal technology solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Milan, Intapp, and enterprise search solutions is a plus.
