What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a CAMHS Early Intervention Practitioner and play a vital role in supporting children and young people experiencing early symptoms of psychosis. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial and ongoing mental health assessments with young people and their families.

Working closely with the Early Intervention in Psychosis service to develop timely, evidence-based care plans.

Delivering specialist therapeutic interventions to support recovery and reduce distress.

Supporting risk assessment and management in coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

Liaising with families, schools, social care, and other agencies to ensure collaborative care.

Maintaining accurate and timely records in line with NHS policies.

Promoting engagement, education, and early detection within the community.
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England registration

Previous experience in CAMHS and/or Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP)

Excellent communication and team-working skills

The ability to manage a caseload independently

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

An enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, for an initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension based on service need.
