About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children to thrive. You will assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development, while supporting the individual needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a warm, safe, and inclusive nursery environment.
  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers.
  • Ensure the nursery’s policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards are adhered to.
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualification: Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a caring and enthusiastic approach.
