Position: Early Years Apprentice - Full time

With Willo Education and the apprentership provider both working with Nurseries across the West Midlands, East Midlands and London, we are committed to finding a placement that is both convenient and tailored to your individual needs so your location doesn’t matter.
You will benefit from personalised, one-on-one support and guidance designed to enhance your professional growth. In addition to obtaining your qualification, you will explore essential topics such as Personal Development, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and much more. Choosing the apprenticeship path allows you to earn while you learn, significantly reducing the financial burden of hefty university fees that often come with minimal hands-on experience.

To apply for this role you must have the following:
- Enthusiasm for working with young children and a passion for their care and development.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the nursery's daily operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to completing the Early Years Apprenticeship programme (Level 2 or 3).
- Have a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
- Right to work in the UK
- Ages 16+
