Hours: 8.00 - 16.00

Smart Education are working with a 2 form entry Primary School located to the North West of the city not far from the M6. This school are looking to appoint a Nursery Nurse to join them as soon as possible for a long term role that will run through to the end of the academic year 2025.

The role will see the successful Nursery Nurse join this schools Nursery team, taking on a support role working to support the Nursery Teachers. Most children are toilet trained however their may be the odd occasion when you are required to support with personal care.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Nursery Nurse qualified to level 3, who is passionate about supporting and working with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. This Nursery Nurse role will see you join a highly engaging setting where no two days are the same. This is a passionate team with a supportive environment where the 'team’ ethos is at the forefront of everything they do.

Job Requirements for this Nursery Nurse role:

- Must hold a level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse Qualification

- Must hold a Valid Child DBS (Or be willing to get one)

- Must have a minimum of 6 months of Nursery experience

- Patience, empathy and a commitment to serving the children you support to the best of your ability

- Clear understanding and commitment to safeguarding

- Strong communication and teamwork to work with the class teachers or room leaders and your peers.
