Tradewind Recruitment are working with a single form Primary School in Sparkbrook who are looking for a Reception Teacher to cover a MAT leave to start in January.

We are seeking dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a well established team and make a positive impact on the lives of children. This is a great opportunity for an ECT looking to build confidence and experiencing teaching or an experienced Primary Teacher.

You must be able to:

- Educate and support children in a classroom setting

- Provide individualised tutoring and guidance to students

- Utilise special education techniques to enhance learning outcomes

- Mentor and encourage students to reach their full potential

- Incorporate creative writing activities into lesson plans

Qualifications:

- QTS

- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students

- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

- Passion for mentoring and supporting young learners
