Planning and delivering a robust CPD programme for teaching staff.
Mentoring Early Careers Teachers and less experienced colleagues to develop teaching capacity.
Acting as a role model for all staff, contributing to the school’s vision and values.
Teaching a reduced timetable to maintain classroom connection and impact student progress.
Analysing data to drive improvement, identifying gaps, and implementing targeted interventions.
