The Role - Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant* Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant position within schools in Small Heath, Birmingham.* Support children with challenging behaviour in small group and one-to-one settings.* Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management strategies.* Work closely with the class teacher and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Encourage academic and social development while promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

About You: * Previous experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, either in an education or similar setting.* Experience as a challenging behaviour teaching assistant or in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable.* An empathetic and patient individual with excellent communication skills.* Based in or near the Small Heath area, with the flexibility to work across different schools.
