As an Early Careers Teacher, you will be part of a supportive team at a ‘Good’ 2-form entry primary school, teaching in your chosen primary phase. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and two other Early Careers Teachers to develop your skills, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a positive learning environment. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons, assessing progress, and ensuring every child’s success.
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified teacher with a passion for primary education and a commitment to continuous professional growth. You will have strong communication and organisational skills and be ready to work collaboratively in a team. A positive attitude and dedication to supporting your students will be key to your success in this role.
