You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted academic interventions, both in and outside of the classroom. The role involves supporting students on a one-to-one basis, running small group sessions, and helping pupils to access the curriculum in a way that suits their learning needs.You will be expected to build strong relationships with students, monitor progress, and adapt your approach to suit each individual.
