Your new companyBased in Solihull, this school is looking for a level 3 or higher level teaching assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This school is accessible by bus, car (with on-site parking) or train. With a 2-form entry set up, this school has a small cosy feel, and provides training in house to upskill their staff members. Your new roleThis is a full-time role, Monday-Friday. Your typical working day will be from 8:30am - 3:30pm. You will be working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 supporting children with phonics, maths, reading and english. Group sizes may vary to one individual or up to five children. You will be expected to plan and prepare activities following on from lesson plans and EHCPs. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to have a Level 3 or above teaching assistant qualification. Previous experience across KS1 and KS2 is also essential. The school are looking for someone who can use their initiative and really get stuck in with the children in order to bring the best out of them.
