Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Long Term Futures are working with a fantastic primary school in the Winson Green area that is seeking a skilled Intervention Teaching Assistant to work with KS2, specifically supporting Year 6 learners in the run-up to SATs. The role is centred around delivering focused booster groups and short, effective intervention sessions in maths, reading, and writing.
If you have strong knowledge of the upper KS2 curriculum and love helping pupils grow in confidence, this is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact.
Your Role:
- Run small group and 1:1 intervention sessions for Year 6 pupils
- Support SATs preparation across core subjects
- Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver effective boosters
- Help pupils stay motivated, focused, and on track
- Track progress and adapt support as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children in KS2, especially Year 6
- Confident delivering curriculum-based interventions
- Good understanding of SATs expectations
- Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic about pupil progress
