Are you a qualified Level 3 TA looking for a new role after October Half Term?I am currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with challenging behaviour across Key Stage 2 in a mainstream primary school in Kingstanding. This role will be full-time, on an ongoing basis.This school is looking for somebody who has excellent behaviour management strategies, and confident knowledge of the KS2 curriculumThe school encompasses a nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to lead their own learning. You will encourage this ethos through guided learning sessions and creative intervention with the pupil. The ultimate goal is for the pupil to be reintegrated into the classroom.To be successful in this role you will require:* Level 3 + Teaching Assistant Qualification (NVQ / CACHE preferable)* Experience supporting pupils with SEND & challenging behaviour* Excellent working knowledge of the KS2 curriculum* Recent primary school experience within the last 2 yearsI am keen to talk to Teaching Assistants who are interested in working at this forward thinking school.
