You will assist in delivering high-quality lessons, working with small groups of children on a one-to-one basis to ensure that every child reaches their full potential.You will be responsible for helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and for ensuring that every child feels valued and supported in their learning. You will be patient, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively with both children and adults.The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children (formally or informally) and will hold a 2:2 degree or equivalent.
