Role: Nursery Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £80 - £95 P/D
Location: King’s Norton
**About the role**
Do you have a compassionate and nurturing personality, coupled with an appreciation for the importance of a child’s first steps in education? Connex Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support to local nurseries in and around the King’s Norton area. As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe and supportive environment where young children can flourish. If you are passionate about early childhood development, committed to children’s well-being, and hold the necessary qualifications, we would be delighted to hear from you.

**Role Requirements**
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
- A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
- Experience working with SEN would be beneficial.
- Classroom Management skills.
- An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
